Well, the Downtown Flats crew strives to offer you just that, and our main goal is to make you feel as welcome and cosy as you are back home. Downtown Flats is a group of 03 family-owned, newly decorated one-bedroom apartments on the first floor of a perfectly located and renovated Pombal style building with a porter and two elevators , in downtown Lisbon. We are in fact within walking distance of some of our capital’s most important landmarks and attractions such as Terreiro do Paço, Rossio, Restauradores, Chiado, Lisbon Cathedral, and S. Jorge Castle, as well as many bars, cafes, bistros, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and public transportation. At Downtown Flats we provide great peace, comfort, and cleanliness as well as modern amenities. Each apartment offers a room with 2 single beds (0,90 x 2,00 m) or a double bed upon request, an ample bathroom with roomy showers and heated floors in the wintertime. In the living area, a large futon may accommodate comfortably up to 02 extra guests, upon notification, while a fully equipped modern kitchenette will give you the option of enjoying your own homemade breakfasts or light meals. The noise-reduction double-glass PVC French doors disclose picturesque balconies with street view, and allow our guests to enjoy lots of wonderful crisp natural light during the day
